Terms of Use for Products Sold by Maison Enterprise LLC

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern all purchases of products (“Products”) from Maison Enterprise LLC (“Maison Enterprise,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing from us, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms in full.

1. Product Information & Specifications

Maison Enterprise strives to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, and images of all Products. However:

Actual colors, finishes, or textures may vary due to manufacturing variations or screen display differences.
Product specifications are subject to change by manufacturers at any time.
Dimensions and technical details may vary slightly between batches.

Maison Enterprise is not responsible for discrepancies resulting from manufacturer changes or production tolerances.

2. Pricing & Quotes

Prices provided on our website, by email, or through written quotes:

Are estimates until confirmed
May vary based on project details, quantities, finishes, or shipping requirements
Are subject to change due to manufacturer cost adjustments, supply chain fluctuations, or currency changes

Final pricing is not guaranteed until a formal invoice is issued and payment terms are confirmed.

3. Order Confirmation & Payment

Orders are considered confirmed only after:

Customer reviews and approves the final invoice
Payment is received or terms are agreed upon
Lead times and product selections are verified

Maison Enterprise may require:

A deposit
Full payment upfront
Additional documentation for special orders

Custom, special-order, or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.

4. Lead Times & Availability

Estimated lead times are provided as a courtesy only.

Maison Enterprise is not responsible for delays caused by:

Manufacturers
Shipping carriers
Customs
Port congestion
Supply chain disruptions
Natural disasters or unforeseen event

Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund unless otherwise approved in writing.

5. Delivery, Shipping & Logistics

Maison Enterprise will coordinate delivery based on the customer's project needs. Customer is responsible for:

Providing accurate delivery information
Ensuring accessibility for trucks or carriers
Inspecting all deliveries upon arrival
Reporting any damage within 48 hours

Once products leave our warehouse or manufacturer, Maison Enterprise is not responsible for:

Loss
Damage in transit
Delayed shipments

Claims must be filed directly with the carrier unless otherwise noted

6. Inspection & Acceptance of Products

Customer must inspect all Products immediately upon delivery.
Any issues, including:

Missing items
Wrong items
Visible damage
Incorrect quantities

must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe constitutes full acceptance of the Products.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of building materials, returns are limited.

Eligible returns must meet all of the following:

Must be pre-approved in writing by Maison Enterprise
Must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Must be returned within 7 days of receipt
Customer is responsible for return shipping and restocking fees

Non-returnable Products include:

Custom-made, special-order, or made-to-order items
Cut materials (tile, flooring, countertops, etc.)
Opened or partially used items
Clearance or final-sale items

Maison Enterprise reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet return requirements.

8. Product Warranty

All Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, not by Maison Enterprise.

Maison Enterprise does not provide independent warranties.

Warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer. We may assist, but are not responsible for manufacturer decisions.

Warranties generally do not cover:

Improper installation
Misuse or damage caused by the customer
Natural variations in materials
Normal wear and tear

9. Installation & Professional Use

Maison Enterprise is not responsible for installation errors, contractor mistakes, or miscalculations of quantity.

Customer is responsible for ensuring:

Licensed professionals are used
Proper installation methods
Accurate measurements are taken before ordering

Recommendations given by Maison Enterprise are informational only and not professional engineering or construction advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Maison Enterprise LLC is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Delays in delivery
Lost profits
Labor or installation costs
Project delays caused by product issues or availability
Damage resulting from improper handling or installation

Our liability, if applicable, is limited solely to the cost of the product purchased.

11. Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Maison Enterprise LLC harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

Misuse of materials
Improper installation
Non-compliance with building codes
Customer or contractor actions

12. Governing Law

All purchases are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Disputes shall be handled in Los Angeles County, CA unless otherwise agreed in writing.
